In my 2 years of training, this is something I always share with the kids. It is great to be hard on yourself, but you don't want it to start hurting your confidence!!

Send this to a teammate who is too hard on themselves! Mistakes will happen, your response is more important. If you lose the ball in a drill, don't complain and sigh. Go sprint to grab the ball and get back to what you were doing.

No dribbling in the house? We got something for that.

Try these drills every day at home for a few minutes and watch your skills improve. These drills mimic moves like snatch backs, between the legs crossovers, and help you get used to transitioning the basketball from one hand to the other.

FINALS MVP 🏆 Noah Fernandes put together an elite weekend at the Embargo League. The UMass/Rutgers guard dropped 21 PTS, 4 REB & 6 AST in the semis, then followed it up with 24 PTS, 2 REB & 1 AST in the Finals — 19 in the first half. 🔥 taken in Silver Shell Beach Marion by @noahfernnn
