💔
No European U23 Championships for me next week... After 2 months without running due to injury, I just ran out of time to prepare for this race.
In a few weeks the "start to run" will hopefully be over and I can start real training again.
On a positive note, I will be supported by @energyvisionbe for the upcoming years, where I am very grateful for 🤝
Thanks to @gretekoens & the medical team for doing everything to make sure I could recover, but we will need to be patient.
Good luck to all the athletes competing 💪

What a weekend for Belgian distance running it was!!
Very grateful to be part of this championship, winning team 🥉 in the 10km
Disappointed with my individual performance but couldn't expect more after a period of injury🤕
Now let's get back to work to prepare the European U23 championships in July 🇳🇴
And last but not least, thanks to all the supporters who made this an unforgettable race 🫶
