Guildford town centre crit. Just as ridiculous as I remember. Hoping for a bit more in the legs dept for the rest of summer! by @noahphence

Racing the infamous Guildford town centre crit after a 5 year hiatus. Just as hard if not harder than I remember. 50w on my ftp and still getting despatched. Life as a cat 2 in a world of e12’s is tough 😆 pleasure to be racing among such talent though.

Legs have been feeling like lead for a few weeks after a long summer of racing. Few weeks taking it easy and having fun should sort them out though - starting with some summer cross 😈

After nearly 10 years of racing in the VCL colours, I will be moving on. No better way to finish it off than with a win in the elimination race at the VCL open this weekend. Had to do it to em. Been a pleasure

A selection of my favourite photos of me racing bikes with old friends and family across the years.

I will be joining @rapha_rcc and will be in the new colours for otley this week if all goes to plan 🤞 taken in Herne Hill Velodrome by @noahphence

Double race day at the @racenocturne London nocturne.

Support race at 3 and the elite race at 9. Neither race really went how I wanted it to which is frustrating. Can’t be looking at it that way tho, been wanting to race this since I first watched it at Smithfield market nearly 20 years ago.

Gotta change the mindset back to loving racing for the joy of racing, not just results.

Otto with a perfect last lap attack in his first E12 Don 👌

Bad weather meant low numbers, with the race constantly splitting and coming back together - 3 strong sprinters and a cagey finish. taken in Hillingdon Cycle Circuit by @noahphence

First Crystal Palace crit of the year, the technical nature of the course with its uneven road surface is always guaranteed to catch you out at some point. by @noahphence
