hello friends. my first collection of songs are out now in the world and available wherever you listen.

this process stretched and pulled me, taught me to embrace my humanity, helped me learn how to be patience with myself and others, showed me how to grow up and still retain wonder, and reminded me of how grand this life is and how special it is to make art with your community.

i believe so very deeply in what music is and how we can use it to care for one another and i sincerely hope that if these songs can do anything, they can offer a bit of comfort and levity in this strange and beautiful life we live. 💐💌

thank you brian elmquist for producing these songs, being my brother, being one of my many life sponsors, and helping me learn how to believe in myself and how to believe in others. you are my hero.

thank you jon truman for engineering and contributing your heart, mind, engineering, and drumming to these songs. you are so brilliant and truly one of my favorite drummers.

thank you monty rivera for being my chronically online twin and blessing these tracks with your playing of keys bass and guitar. we have shared so many big laughs and moments of sad together and i wouldn’t want it any other way.

thank you matt maher for generously letting us record in your studio and then letting me h by @noahtorralba
