2025 felt like a threshold.
Not a destination, not a collapse,
but a long, quiet corridor between who I was and who I’m becoming.

A year 9 in numerology is about endings, shedding, release.
And that’s exactly what it asked of me.
Old patterns. Old attachments. Old versions of love that were loud but hollow.
I fell more times than I can count, and each time, something was taken from me,
but never my will to rise.

I learned that resilience isn’t loud.
It’s choosing softness after disappointment.
It’s keeping faith, it’s surrender.
Keeping your heart open when closing it would be easier.
Choosing depth over passing flings, presence over distraction,
real connection over momentary comfort.

This year stripped me.
It made me sit with myself, walk alone, question everything I thought I knew.
And somewhere in the shedding, I realized something simple and true:
life isn’t scary or unfair,
it’s beautiful when you meet it honestly.

Now I feel it shifting. Quickly.
The quiet turning of a page.
From year 9 to year 10,
from closure to initiation.
From release to embodiment.

I’m not rushing anymore.
2025 was about getting ready to be ready.
For what? I’m not sure.
2026 is when it starts.

Whatever is coming feels close.
And for the first time, I trust myself enough to receive it.
with an open, grateful heart.

And before this chapter closes,
thank you to the few who stayed.
Who saw me in motion, in doubt, in rebuilding,
and chose to walk beside me anyway.

If this year taught me anything,
it’s that becoming isn’t lonely when you allow yourself to be seen.

My first ice bath experience: 🌸

Guided by the wonderful @davidb00t , I took this plunge after a transformative breathwork session, holding my breath for nearly five minutes. The sensation was profound, revealing the incredible potential of the body when we surrender to the discomfort and fear of the unknown. 🌼

Thank you, David, for helping me discover my inner strength and for assisting me in releasing the burdens I carried. 🌹

To those contemplating this beautiful experience but feeling scared, embrace it. You won’t regret it. Witness the power of your mind as it overcomes discomfort, surrenders, and ultimately finds peace. 💐

What a euphoric feeling. I am eternally grateful to you, @davidb00t , and @lakahina__ family for providing such inspiring guidance.
