First Track workout 3 weeks post hamstring tear 😅

I’d say we’re 60% of the way there at this point.

Frustrating not being at 100% going into my first hyrox in Tampa next weekend but we can only control what we can control.

I’d rather show up not perfect than wait for my “perfect” moment

This is me taking control of my body and mind back.

Unfortunately I did not have pictures in consistent lighting as honestly I didn’t think I’d get this far…

With that said this is my journey and it’s far from over.

From not being able to run a mile to doing 35-40 a week.

To being back to my prime at 30

The best decision I have ever made and I firmly believe ANYONE can take control back at ANY time.
