The skills behind the skills.

How you get into a position is often more important than the position itself.

Whether you’re a coach or an adult skater, here are a few details that are easy to miss.

It’s common to dump into one side of the back and rely on compression instead of building the strength and stability to truly own the position. That’s why we use these four progressions to develop a more organized catch spiral:

🌀 Quarter Balance
🌀 Half Balance
🌀 Extended Balance
🌀 Extended Balance (Straight Leg)

Save this and try it during your next off-ice session.

For coaches: We’ve built benchmarks that help skaters progress through movement quality—not compensation developing sustainable mechanics from the start.

For skaters: Our platform breaks down skating skills into clear progressions that build awareness, strength, and long-term sustainability.

Train the mechanics, not the compensation.

Link in bio to explore the platforms.

A little glimpse into my time with the AOI family. ✨

90 seconds can’t hold all the moments, the laughter, the quiet magic behind the scenes, or the connection we share on and off the ice.

So grateful to be part of this beautiful family and to perform alongside such extraordinary artists. The love I have for this team goes far beyond what fits in a reel.

“The Final Kiss”

A generation has been repressed and erased for wanting freedom.
Children. Lovers. Mothers. Fathers.

For 47 years, innocent Iranians have been buried simply for daring to live free under a regime that twists faith to control, oppress, and silence its people.

And yet, the tulips rise.
Even in the deepest darkness, life finds a way to bloom.

As Hafiz said:
“I wish I could show you, when you are lonely or in darkness, the astonishing light of your own being.”

Tulips always rise.
And so will Iran. 🌷
