Anybody else feel like, “How are you?” Can be the most loaded of questions right now? I’m not going to lie, sometimes I feel like I’ve spent the last 12 months, scratching and clawing my way through life just to eke out enough productivity to get me through the next month. Had to take some time to really get my life right. Sometimes I feel like I have so much to be grateful for while simultaneously feeling like I’m not doing enough. With the way the world is sometimes it feels trivial to produce or market music. Most times I’m not saying all that tho. Stoked to announce I’ll be playing a set at Ouchies Fest in Brooklyn, New York later on this month. I’ve never been to NY, so for hip hop to take me there is very healing to the lil 8 year-old in me. Last month had me stressin crazy, wondering if I was making the wrong decisions or not, imposter syndrome, feeling like the music wasn’t worth the effort, the whole gamut. Who woulda thought I had a W right around the corner. Long story short, even when the plan is uncomfortable, stick to it. You really never know how close you are to getting your get back. Love y’all. My favorite moments were when the whole venue sang with us. "I Need You Here!"📸 Juan, the bassist!Much Love, Hidden Hall! Thank you to the new fans who came through! Major thx to FOH, staff, and techs.This is our first show for 2026. You can check more videos of the whole band on Nobi's IG and keep updated on new materials on the way. The soup's in the works.I even had a Larnell Lewis moment where my pedal came out mid-set and we just kept going. Coming down from some healthy doms, this show honestly kicked my ass in the best way! We’re back. This year has been a rollercoaster to say the least. Many times I found myself questioning if I was making the right moves, or not moving enough. At times I wondered if making, playing, and releasing music was even worth the enormous stress, time commitment, and pressure that comes with trying to monetize your art in this day and age. Eventually I hit a point where I realized I needed to get back to why I started making music in the first place. To have fun and express myself, and the last couple months I’ve been doing just that. We gotta show coming up at Hidden Hall. It would mean a lot if you came through. Expect to see a lot more from @nobiandtheforce 2026. There’s very few people on the Earth rn I’d wanna make music with besides them. Plus we are supporting the crazy talented @naytropolis and @auroraavebandHope you’re well and warm.
