Distinguished Restaurants of North America (DiRōNA) recognizes restaurants that deliver exceptional dining experiences through culinary creativity, hospitality, beverage programs, service, and atmosphere. To be recognized again is incredibly meaningful to us.

This award reflects the work of an entire team that cares deeply about what we do. From the kitchen to the dining room, every plate, every pour, every conversation, and every detail is shaped by people who genuinely want guests to feel welcomed, cared for, and remembered.

For our birthdays this year, we dined out at Noble Cellar, and couldn't have asked for better evenings. There is a deep satisfaction in seeing the vegetables we carefully cultivate at Saint Fiacres Farm transformed into such an incredible meal.

Chef Joel is a true supporter of Syracuse's local agricultural community, utilizing our produce weekly alongside other fantastic locally sourced ingredients. If you haven't visited their beautiful restaurant yet, we highly recommend it—you're directly supporting a vibrant, local food system when you do.

I stopped out to Noble Cellar for lunch in Syracuse. Yes, Noble Cellar is open for lunch.  I tried so much food while I there from their bison burger to an open-face fried chicken sandwich to Mac and cheese and pasta salad.  Who is lunch at Noble Cellar for?
