Mark 10:9

One year of marriage down and forever to go. Nothing could have prepared us for what we experienced during these 365 days. From our honeymoon, to getting baptized together, to finding out we created life to then miscarry a week later, to battling for each other in the spirit for months, to finding out we created life again. When people say marriage is hard, you never truly know what they mean until you’re in the thick of it. It’s not just about silly arguments like who folds towels the right way. It’s about how you respond as a partner when the honeymoon stage pauses and life gets real and the things you never expect to happen actually happen. But one thing we’ve learned is, with God at the center of it all, we can make it through anything. There is no one else on this planet that I would rather go through trials and tribulations, joy and elevation, sickness and health with than you. As we step into our next year of marriage and prepare to bring a new life into this world, I want to take the time to praise God for sustaining and carrying us the way He did this year and I thank Him for what He’s about to do next. Because without Him, none of this is possible. Our baby boy will grow up knowing what a Christ centered marriage looks like. He will grow up in a home filled with love and faith. And I can’t wait to see how this journey continues to grow us into who God has called us to be. I love you infinity. Happy Anniversary 🤎 by @noboostdj

Sunday, April 20th, 2025. I surrender.
When I tell yall a couple years ago I would’ve never imaged myself where I am today in my walk with Christ. I was definitely the “If God is real then why…? If the Bible is true then why..?” person. I used to hold myself in such high regard when it came to my capabilities, walking around screaming “I’m him!” Really feeling myself 😂. Walking around blind to the truth with minimal spiritual guidance. And now here I am , officially dedicating my life to the only one who is truly HIM FR! My Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I can’t even put in words how happy I am to truly know Jesus. I am so grateful for all that God has blessed me with , every trial and tribulation and every blessing. The ones in the past , the ones in the present , and the ones that have yet to come. From here on out I am a new creature. From here on out I live my life for the one who sacrificed it all for me. From here on out I surrender to the King of Kings. God bless , can’t wait to continue to walk this walk 🤍 by @noboostdj
