Awsome run at the local Hoppy Half with @marc_ivey!

Last year I ran this same race after only running for about 3 months with a time of 29:52 (9:39 pace), started taking my running serious over the last year and finished this year at 25:48 (8:18 pace) knocking just over 4 minutes off! I’m still not fast but we not done yet we just getting started! #nocoastrunningclub #run #runner by @nocoastrunclub_
