We did our first wedding DJ gig ✅ and it was such a wonderful time.

Ever since I started learning how to spin, I have been curious about doing these kinds of gigs. I love celebrating love, music and dancing. Sounds about right! It was exactly what I expected and more 😍

Thank you again to @sophntoph & @means98 for trusting us on their special day.

And to my squad which we secretly call ourselves “the wedding crashers” 😂😂 @freeflow.sound on the sound, @nirvik.dj & @nocturnick_ on the decks and me as the MC. I knew we could pull this off beautifully. Y’ll did not disappoint ❤️ by @nocturnick_

You ask and you shall receive! There will be no 4-week series for beginners this summer so here is a two hour intensive on a Sunday which never happens. Let’s goooo.

Ready to start shuffling from scratch? This 2-hour Level 0 workshop is designed for complete beginners with little to no shuffle experience. We’ll break down the fundamental mechanics of the two core shuffle foundations: the Running Man and the T-Step. Step by step, focusing on proper technique, rhythm, balance, and coordination.

You’ll learn how these foundational moves connect, common mistakes to avoid, and drills to help build confidence and muscle memory. We’ll also explore a few bonus moves and simple transitions to get you moving beyond the basics by the end of class.

No dance experience is required. Just comfortable shoes, water, and a willingness to learn. This is the first tier in the shuffle progression and the perfect place to begin your journey.

📍 Location: @harborviewhealthclub
⏰ Duration: 2 Hours
🎵 Level: Absolute Beginner / Level 0
✨ Focus: Running Man, T-Step, foundational technique, drills, and bonus moves

Come ready to move, ask questions, and have fun! by @nocturnick_

This Sunday, May 3rd at 5PM, our shuffle squad takes the stage for the first time in a while. 🖤

What started as an idea turned into months of dedication, late nights, trust, and movement. Led by @b_desousa, this team worked incredibly hard to create a performance that represents not just shuffle dance, but the passion, connection, and energy behind our community.

This piece is for the culture. For the people who keep showing up, dancing, learning, and building something real together in Boston.

Come support, cheer loud, and witness what this community is all about. ✨

Rest of the squad includes: @bmackattack_ @xamnidar @nocturnick_ @b_hakunamatata7 and a special surprise 🙌🏽 by @nocturnick_

Gaia’s Groove was one for the books this past Saturday.

We are endlessly grateful to those that made it happen and showed up to contribute to the vibe. These day party meetups wither away without your energy and willingness to shuffle hard all day 🙌🏽

To our shuffle babies beginners: Hope the seed of curiosity for this dance was planted that day.

To our instructor @b_hakunamatata7 who also practiced so much courage by teaching for the first time.

To our DJs and organizers: @caroflow_ @nocturnick_ & our closing act, local talent DJ @roquetzal for making it happen and curating the vibes

Our vendor @rach.flowz @_rach.creates for her custom @bosbpmshufflers work which we will post at a later time in case anyone still wanted to purchase.

To @cloudandspirits for hosting us

To @ripped.film @_diegocespedes_ for this phenomenal recap video.

Lastly, to the community! For showing up and making others feel welcome as always.

We are looking to host another one in June. Stay tuned for the announcement. by @nocturnick_
