At Noella Foundation, we believe that empowering young adults means equipping them with the knowledge and practical skills to take advantage of opportunities and build sustainable futures.

This belief continues to drive our Empowering Young Adults with Vocational Skills Programme, which returned this year with hands-on training in Photography, Make-up Artistry, Events Management, and Content Creation.

Through practical sessions and guidance from experienced industry professionals, participants had the opportunity to strengthen their abilities, explore their interests, and gain valuable insights into their chosen fields.

Each training session was led by a dedicated facilitator with professional experience in the respective field, ensuring participants received focused instruction throughout the programme.

We appreciate our lead facilitators, @alistairenglebertpreston, @tennycoco, @the.esiaga, and @2706events, for their roles in delivering this year’s programme and guiding participants through their respective areas of training.

Our commitment to capacity building remains ongoing as we continue creating opportunities for young adults to learn, develop, and become more economically empowered.

Successful events are built on effective planning, coordination, creativity, and attention to detail. These are essential skills that can open doors to opportunities within the events industry.

As part of our continued commitment to youth empowerment, Noella Foundation once again delivered training under its Empowering Young Adults with Vocational Skills Programme, providing participants with an opportunity to develop practical knowledge in Events Management.

We are grateful to @2706events , for sharing her professional experience and contributing to the development of participants throughout the training.

Content creation has become an important tool for storytelling, communication, and creative expression, creating opportunities for young people to turn their ideas into valuable skills.

Through our ongoing Empowering Young Adults with Vocational Skills Programme, Noella Foundation continues to provide young adults with practical learning experiences that strengthen their creative abilities and prepare them to explore opportunities within the digital and creative industries.
