You guys! I had the best time at @blackromancebookfestival

This was my first ever fest and it did not disappoint. I met some AMAZING authors that have had me laughing, crying, throwing my book across the room over some ribs (@kennedyryan1 ). I had the best time being in a space of people that looked like me.

I love this book so freaking much. When authors do everyday tropes in a way that I haven’t seen before?! It always excites me. I feel like it’s a gift to write in general but it’s a GIFT to write like this. I loved it so much I need to get my hands on an ARC. So thank you so much to my booksta friends who helped me out. This book will be on my shelf forever. @laurenokieauthor I applied to get a copy of your next arc so let me know if you need any more info hahah. I had to ask🫪

Ok you guys this was my last summer read and I’m so glad I squeezed it in. Thank you so much to @putnambooks for the free book and goodies!!

This was my first @annabelmonaghan book and I am hooked! I usually have a rough time getting through books that I can’t really relate to. But this book was written so well and the characters were so lovable. Gus was the sweetest🥺
