I am excited to share this piece with you! My solo from last year was everything. Thank you Mr @kowens321 for the training I receive and your willingness to share and create such inspiring moments. “ Power in My Skin”

Heading into a new season ready for every challenge, every opportunity for growth, joy and gratitude for the gift that God has given me.

**Transparency Thursday!!Some dance days are harder than others but I love it. This combo @titansofdance that @markvillaver taught was challenging. This was the last class of a very intense day of dancing. I was exhausted and it wasn’t perfect. But that’s when you dig deep and you gain the most reward. I didn’t give up and it wasn’t perfect but there is growth. Black girl magic still in full effect!! @theparadigmdancecomplex
