Some nights are bigger than football. ❤️💛

Last night was one of those nights.

Taking down the No. 2 team in the country, in the pouring rain, in front of a packed Coliseum. A night filled with so much energy, belief, hard work and a whole lot of Trojan pride.

But from my little corner of this football world, what makes nights like this so special are all the moments that happen around the game, too.

The weeks of preparation, the families who make sacrifices behind the scenes, the friendships that make this lifestyle feel like a community, and the little boys who get to grow up making memories alongside this team…even if one had to take the game in a home 😷

There is so much that goes into a night like this that most people never see. And getting to experience it all, celebrate it with our football family and watch our boys take it all in is something I don’t take for granted.

One for the history books. And a reminder that the Trojans aren’t done yet.

Fight On! ✌️❤️💛

Nobody understands the weight of this life quite like another coach’s wife. 🤍

The uncertainty, the sacrifices, the unexpected changes, and the emotions that come with it — we’ve lived it, too. Find your people, give each other grace, and remember that no matter what the next season holds, you’ll be just fine 💪🫶🏾

For college football families, Sundays after a Saturday win just hit a little different. ❤️🏈

They’re a much-needed exhale. A chance to clear your head, soak in the joy of a victory, and celebrate accomplishing the goal the team spent the entire week working toward. Because as soon as Monday morning hits, it’s on to the next.

One of the ways we celebrate Sundays around here? Family dinner at the team facilities.

We’re so grateful to be part of a program that welcomes families and encourages us to show up, visit, and steal these little moments with our coach. And I think it’s so important for the players to see the people leading the program as more than just coaches, but as fathers and husbands, too.

This is one of my kids’ favorite parts of the week. And honestly, mine, too. 🫶🏾✌️

The heat was disrespectful, the game had us STRESSED, but we got the W! ✌️❤️

Just another Saturday in this crazy football life 🥵🏈

Chase, where do we even begin? 🥹

You taught us pretty early on that as much as we may try to dictate things for you, you’re probably just going to make us “chase” you around for the rest of our lives. 😂

Born on a Thursday during game week, your arrival was literally planned around football season. So in many ways, I mark you getting a year older by the football season and by wherever we happen to be living at the time. And somehow, here we are… your fifth birthday and our first season in LA ❤️

You’re my fearless, fun boy. You’re outspoken, a pure comedian and ALWAYS the competitor. But you also give the best hugs and kisses, and one of my favorite parts of these last five years has been getting to squeeze you—because somehow, you are still the squishiest boy I’ve ever met.

You are loved beyond words, sweet boy. We truly cannot imagine our lives without you.

Happy 5th birthday to our baby boy. We love you more than you’ll ever know. ❤️

Okay girl, get in! Prime Day is here and I rounded up the most random Amazon things I actually own, love & would buy again.

We’ve got beauty, fashion, travel, home, mom life… basically a little bit of everything. And these aren’t random things I found on Amazon. I actually own and use them, so I can genuinely vouch for them. 👏

If you’re shopping Prime Day, start here. Consider this your sign to grab the things that are actually worth it. 🛒

My favorite thing about football season is having somewhere to wear the outfits I’ve been planning in my head since July—especially the boots. 🤠🏈

When it’s still triple digits in October, you need a look that says fall even when the weather absolutely does not. 🥵

The real gag? This look is straight from Amazon 👀

Being a mom whose husband works 80+ hours a week has taught me a lot about motherhood, marriage, and letting go of the idea that family life has to look a certain way.

There have been birthdays he’s missed. He rarely makes school events. Dinners, bedtimes, weekends, and plenty of moments when I’ve had to figure it out on my own.

And honestly? Sometimes it’s hard.

But after well over 10 years of living this life (and nearly 8 as a mom), I’ve learned that making it work isn’t about pretending the hard parts don’t exist. It’s about learning how to navigate them as a family.

Most importantly, I’ve learned that Dad doesn’t have to be present for every moment for our kids to know that he’s always there for them. ❤️

I’d love to hear from the other moms who are navigating a demanding career alongside motherhood. What’s something this season of life has taught you?

For every woman trying to be a good mom, a good wife, a good friend, a good employee, a good human… while also remembering to drink enough water and answer the 500 school emails.

We’re all just doing our best with the season we’re in.

Some days we crush it.
Other days we’re barely getting by.

Both count. Keep going, girl ❤️
