Dance has been apart of my life since I was 2 years old. Its been my rock my home and heart. It has been the one constant thing in my life. In late March I went through an physicaly emotional experience that I thought I would never endure. I had very scary days in the hospital unable to move, walk, talk, eat, or do any basic daily tasks. I never thought that the possibility of dance not being in my life would happen. I didn’t know what was going to happen or how long it would take for me to recover but the only thing that motivated me to keep pushing was dance. Rewiring my brain and learning how to move my body again from scratch was so incredibly challenging but I’m very proud of myself for pushing myself even when it was incredibly painful and uncomfortable. I have never had such gratitude to be able to move my body again freely without being in pain. This summer I was very blessed to do the certificate program @mdcdance in LA. It was such a surreal experience being around the best of the best and being taught by the best of the best. Forever blessed for my friends and family being there throughout this whole process . Will always be grateful that Im able to do what I love again pain free and be supported by the most loving and caring friends and family while doing it 🫶 #fndawareness #fndhope by @noemi__vidal
