The SZN is here 💚💙💛 by @noequaljefe

NU Culture is about more than building basketball players — it’s about building people.

The vision is to create connections, build community, and develop a culture rooted in trust, purpose, opportunity, and impact — on and off the court.

The mission is bigger than wins. It’s about building something that lasts and impacting the next generation.

One Culture. One Purpose. One Family.

First and foremost, I want to thank God for this opportunity.

I’m incredibly grateful and honored to officially accept the position as Head Girls Varsity Basketball Coach at The Woodlands Christian Academy.

Thank you to everyone who believed in me, supported my journey, and helped prepare me for this moment. I’m excited to lead, serve, and help build something special with the Warriors.

It was a pleasure to have @ganon_baker_ here at the Academy. For those of you that don’t know who this man is, let’s just say he’s the GOAT!

He’s trained Kobe, Lebron, Chris Paul, Dwayde, Iverson & the list goes on. The OG Trainer. Truly grateful for this experience!

When I quit my job, I was so nervous. To be honest I was scared. Freaking out & really thought I made a mistake. I walked away from making 100k a year with no Degree. The desire to train full time was so powerful I started losing interest for the money. I didn’t care about working for someone else anymore. I just wanted to be happy. Truly happy and I wasn’t going to get there doing what I was doing. I had to make a drastic change.

Since I quit my job, I cannot describe the freedom and peace I get from training. No I don’t get paid a lot but man when I walk in that gym and the kids run up to me ready to work, that’s worth more than any amount of money.
Sure I need funds to eat and feed my daughter but I trust God and as long as I walk in my light and do it with a true passion, he won’t let me go without.

About a year and half ago I was asked to volunteer for a great program and they showed me so much about this “youth training” and building from nothing. Everyday for a year I showed up (without pay) giving my all to whoever wanted to train with me. I had no kids, no name no nothing. As time went on, ppl started to really love my style of training & the passion I brought to the game.

After a year, I parted ways with the program. It was nothing bad at all, what I had a vision for didn’t match what they saw so we respectfully went our ways. 2 weeks after doing so, I came up with #NoEqualTraining & partnered up with @mi3center and now all I do is train. I have about 35 kids registered to train with me & I average about 30 kids every Sunday for #JefeTutorials that I host for $20 bucks! The quality I bring + the knowledge of my staff “I feel” is #NoEqual.

MI3 has given me a platform to build my program & create something that is truly unmatched as it relates to youth training. I’m not saying I’m the best and surely I have along ways to go, but in 5 months on my own the steps I’ve taken have been one for the books.
