A walk through at that fleeting point between architecture and interior — when the spaces have found their proportions, the materials have begun to settle in, and the house is quietly becoming what was envisioned.

Luxury design deserves luxury materials and even better execution.

This stunning herringbone hardwood flooring from @noeudflooring , designed by @contempo_studio and brought to life by Prestige Build, is a perfect example of how every detail matters.

High end design deserves high end products, meticulous craftsmanship, and flawless execution. It’s the combination of all three that transforms a beautiful concept into an exceptional home.

Luxury isn’t just what you see. It’s how it all comes together.

Great design starts from the ground up. For this project, ERA Premier collaborated with Noeud Flooring to bring together the right materials, textures, and finishes for a cohesive home.

Because every detail matters when creating a space that feels complete.
