Bass x baile funk x speed garage from Marseille-based producer @nogemusic

We were blown away by NOGE’s 100% original productions set for our debut in Marseille with @patanegra_loves_u - he picks some of his fav heaters from the set.

1) NOGE - BAILE GRIME (@xxiiibeats)

“It’s all in the name! released on the Portuguese label XXIII who, in my opinion, perfectly highlight the eclecticism of the current electronic scene and the influence of the afro-diasporic music legacy on nightclub culture.”

2) NOGE FT. @lorkestra - Big Man Ting (Unreleased)

“One of the tracks I’m most excited to release in 2026! Last summer Lorkestra and I made a few demos, this one really stood out to me. it can fit into almost any type of set, if placed well it’s a guaranteed pull-up.”

3) NOGE - Tell Me Why (Subscreen Vol.2)

“A Speed Garage edit of the 10°Below remix of Glamma Kid ft. Shola Ama - Why. A kind of tribute to a classic of the genre.”

4) NOGE - RRRA RRRA (Unreleased)

“on the morning of Keep Hush I realised I was missing a transition song between two tracks. I quickly exported this and added a Skepta acapella, which resulted in my very first money pull up ever lol”

5) NOGE - RATTLE (MULTIBASS)

“this illustrates the MULTIBASS concept - it keeps the Brazilian funk rhythm but incorporates deep, textured bass just before transitioning into a speed dembow/afro 4x4 moment.”

6) NOGE - BOOSTED (Unreleased)

“Pure trap energy! Inspired by artists like Troyboi and Jon Casey, it reminds me of the 2016 SoundCloud trap era. When I first heard the oud sample I knew I wanted a very distorted, raw sound.”

7) NOGE - Whine & Cotch Edit (Unreleased)

“I’ve been enjoying revisiting some dancehall classics and adding a touch of bass to them. An example of how you can mix different styles to create a dance-floor ready sound.”

8) NOGE - Louder (Subscreen Vol.2)

“One of the most dangerous weapons I’ve ever made, in one of those blessed moments in any kind of art. you just let yourself be guided and everything flows naturally... I sincerely believe you can hear the fun I had making this in the track.”

BIG MAN TING OUT NOW ! 💙🧡

Via @kumocollective

We composed it last summer during our first session together, where we produced about four or five demos. This one really stood out to us. We really wanted it to be a bridge between different grooves and styles without losing it ! by @nogemusic
