A moment I will never forget. 🤗🩷🌸

Becoming the first Egyptian woman to achieve the highest rank in diving training.

This milestone represents years of discipline, resilience, and believing in myself even when the path felt impossible.

It’s not just a personal win, it’s a step forward for women in diving across Egypt 🫶🇪🇬

Looking forward to continuing the journey, learning more, and giving back to the diving community. 💪❤️

Who would have thought that one day I would be featured in a local newspaper?

A milestone I never imagined, but one I worked hard for.

And I'm proud to stand as Egypt’s first female Instructor Trainer. 💪❤️🥇

This isn’t just a personal achievement.
It’s proof that boundaries can be broken, stereotypes can be challenged, and new paths can be created for the next generation of women in diving.

To every woman who was told “this isn’t for you”, This is your sign. 🫶✨

I’m posting just this one photo because I’m super, mega proud of what I’ve achieved! 💪🤿

But I’m also exhausted. Really exhausted. Physically and mentally.

It’s been an incredibly demanding week of training, probably one of the toughest challenges I’ve ever faced in my life. But it was worth every single minute! ❤️

I have hundreds of photos and videos that I’ll share little by little… but today, more than anything, I just want to say THANK YOU!

❤️ To my amazing wife @nicky_scuba , my partner in life and in a thousand adventures.

🤿 To @noha_mandour.tdi.it , who once again proved to be an absolutely incredible instructor!

💪 And to @michael_romad , for his valuable advice!

Now I just need to recharge my batteries a little… because this week really pushed me to my limits! 😅

Wetsuit or drysuit? There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Your choice depends on the water, the dive, the fit—and how warm you want to stay.

For many technical dives, I prefer a drysuit. I’ll share more about why in a separate post.

Now tell me: WETSUIT or DRYSUIT? Which do you use most, and what helps you choose? 👇

When analyzing a tank preferably we open the tank a little bit first before you put the analyzer on it, in case of opening the tank too strong you don’t ruin your analyzer, as well you get the analyzer off before closing the tank in case by mistake you open it more instead of closing it, we can all do that so common move so make it a habit ✨ by @noha_mandour.tdi.it
