Episode #179 is now available everywhere.

No Helmet is an Ottawa-based metal power duo delivering a massive sound with nothing but bass, drums, and pure intensity. Blending heavy riffs, punk energy, and groove-driven songwriting, the band proves that less can be louder. Their high-energy live shows and hard-hitting originals have quickly made them a band to watch in Ottawa's heavy music scene.
