Naxos Island. 🇬🇷
Less famous than Mykonos or Santorini, but absolutely worth the visit. Rich in history and deeply rooted in agriculture, this island gave me the opportunity to learn so much about its heritage and identity.
Beyond its fascinating history, I was amazed by its breathtaking landscapes and the iconic white-and-blue Greek architecture. Naxos is truly a hidden gem and without a doubt one of my favorite Greek islands.
I'll cherish the wonderful memories I made there. The locals are incredibly warm and welcoming, and the island has that peaceful, authentic atmosphere that makes you instantly feel at home.
I also had the pleasure of meeting and talking with local people. We exchanged knowledge, shared our cultures, and had meaningful conversations about different islands, including Corsica, Martinique, and Lesbos. Those cultural exchanges made my experience even more special.
A short getaway, but one I'll never forget.
Thank you, Naxos. 💕🇬🇷

~ Piraeus 🇬🇷🐚

If I had to choose one word, it would be grateful.

Grateful to have been welcomed here once again. Grateful to have made it through an unexpected event and felt G.od's protection !

Sometimes we become so used to simply being alive that we forget how precious life really is. Then something happens, and we remember that the world keeps moving-and that every new day is a gift.

I was able to swim in the sea near Piraeus, in southern Greece, and enjoy the rest of this little chapter of my journey!

It gave me the chance to breathe, to reconnect with myself, and to appreciate life a little more.

I am also grateful to have crossed the Aegean Sea for the first time and to have discovered new things. Grateful to have been redirected.

Grateful to have met new people here but also reconnected with thoroughly human and kind beings I will thank for the rest of my life.
