Huge shoutout to the lovely team behind @candidready and @thecreativecollabstudios for an amazing photoshoot, interview, and for making ya girl really feel seen as a business owner!

Their project aimed to spotlight small-bizz owners around the city. They aimed not only to spotlight the breadth of what’s happening in the city, but of the impact of their work and the values that drives these initiatives and individuals.

We recently met with the artists behind “From Many, One Hive,” a mural that has just been installed at the Mt. Pleasant branch of the @clevelandpubliclibrary

@noigjurnee and @nath_bermu shared insights about their piece and expressed the significance of bringing art to the community.

Join these artists and others TOMORROW, Saturday, August 16, at the Community Fest to celebrate the culmination of @impart216’s mural projects, which were funded through the City of Cleveland’s Transformational Arts Fund!

Y’all I really don’t be locked in sometimes, but ya girl had to T tf UP on this one! I haven’t been this motivated to complete a project in a minute too, lost hella sleep but got it done in a week😛

Real shit tho, @smino has been a long time favorite of mine. His music has gotten me through some of my best moments, some of my darkest, through moments of love and loss, ever since I was in high school. So when I heard homie was coming thru to Cleveland, I had to show some love back.

Someone who deserve the most props though, the legend himself @iambigtone! Big Tone, from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much for your help, guidance, and kindness throughout this process. You really set that night off perfectly not only for me, but for my homies as well. Being able to elevate the experiences of the loved ones I was with was the highlight of my night. Trust, we locked in family🤞🏽

Okay y’all know I can yap up a storm. Lmk who I should do next, shiiiiiiiiit it could be you!

I’ve always been interested in the parts of ourselves that exist beneath what can be seen. Let’s figure it out together🩵

Hi:igher Self (A Journey to the Soul) is an invitation to explore the self beyond expectation, performance, and identity—to connect with the Soul as a source of intuition, memory, and transformation.

Through reflection, conversation, and collaborative artmaking, we will create a large-scale mural centered around the Higher Self Eye—a symbol of mine that represents your truest self and collective consciousness. Together, our individual perspectives become a reflection of something greater.

Hey y’all! I’m back with another event, and I’d love for you to come through and make some art with me!✨

Come dream up what could exist on the far side of the Moon through sculpture + mixed media. 🪐🖤 We’ll listen to Gil Scott-Heron’s “Whitey on the Moon,” reflect on the realities of space travel, and create pieces that may be added to my L.U.N.A. wearable Moon ensemble for Parade the Circle.

Or you can vibe and make some cool space art! The sky’s the limit!✨

HAPPY 9 YEAR BDAY TO BLKSWN💜🖤🦢

Last summer (aka littlest summer of my life) I was able to commemorate one of the GOATS in the Hip Hop game @smino with a custom painting of his album blkswn (aka one of the best albums created🤷🏽).

This whole experience was truly a blessing— I met some dope ass people (always gotta give my flowers to @iambigtone and @beranted_art), kicked it with my homies at the concert, and I was able to give something back to an artist that inspires me to this DAY.

Smi got some shirts for sale in honor of the album too with all proceeds going to the tornado victims affected in Northside St. Lou, y’all should go check them out fr (bout to cop mine in modenaminute, iykyk. Link in @smino bio)

It’s been a week since Song for My Sisters closed at @clevelandpublictheatre’s SoftLaunch, and even in this cold weather, my heart is full.

Huge gratitude to these incredible performers and creatives: SuhaylaH, Jurnee, Renee, Tamara, and Kevin! Thank you for your artistry, generosity, and spirit.

A special thank you to Cleveland Public Theatre and the amazing team we worked with: Raymond, Anastasía and Kadijah, your care and support helped bring this production to life.
