Got another treat in-store for this month’s edition to my Basics mix series with the Brazilian-born and Dublin-based, Noisy Chilli!!

She’s known for her instinctive dance floor reading and refined track selection while building energy with patience, groove and personality. Her carefully crafted sets are always ones for the heads of those engaged electro listens

ELECTRO CHRONICLES #9 w/ PRUN.

Really happy to have @prunroche joining me for this month's Electro Chronicles.

For the past few years, he's been the driving force behind Deep Sea Dweller in Galway, bringing the electro sound he loves to the west of Ireland. What started as a passion project has grown into one of the country's most respected underground nights, welcoming artists like Dopplereffekt, Kerrie, L.F.T. and Plant43.

One thing I really appreciate is meeting people who share the same vision. Instead of competing, we're all pushing in the same direction, supporting the scene, sharing great music and creating spaces where people can come together, lose themselves for a while and just dance. That's what it's all about.
This mix is exactly what I'd expect from PRUN: deep, machine-driven electro from start to finish.

As always, I'll take care of the first hour, then PRUN steps in for the second.
Hope you enjoy listening as much as we enjoyed putting this one together.

ELECTRO CHRONICLES #08 w/ Serge Geyzel

As always, I'll be opening the first hour, setting the tone and warming things up before handing things over to a very special guest.

This month, I'm delighted to welcome an artist whose music has been part of my record bag for quite some time. I've played his tracks in countless sets, collected his records over the years, and followed his work closely, so having him on Electro Chronicles feels extra special.

Berlin-based musician @sergegeyzel comes from a background in classical and jazz music, but his sound lives somewhere between worlds. From melancholic IDM and broken beats to heavy Electro and raw rhythmic tension, his productions are instantly recognizable for their depth, atmosphere and energy.

Working primarily with analogue synthesizers, drum machines, field recordings and self-recorded samples, Serge creates a unique blend of poetic textures and powerful dancefloor-driven electronics.

His music has been released on some of the most respected labels in the underground scene, including Mechatronica, Brokntoys, Analogical Force, Topika, Adepta Editions, EMC, Science Cult and many more.

It's a real pleasure to feature an artist whose music has genuinely inspired me over the years.

I'll take care of the first hour, and for the secound hour, Serge Geyzel takes over with a special LIVE SET.

WE ARE BACK. DSD returns March 14th to our original sea cave. With DSD og @jimmythehideouspenguin and @prunroche throwing down some serious thermal energy from the deep. We are super super happy to welcome electro heavy hitter from the east coast , @noisy_chilli who has been a lighthouse for electro , in Ireland.

We are so happy to go back to where it all kicked off and promise a killller whale of a night.
