After nearly 3 decades, it is time to say goodbye to this place I called home. So many wonderful memories have been made here over the years, but it is time to turn the page and start a new chapter. Another Ironman 70.3 Oregon done and dusted. We found time to visit the coast and enjoy a post race tasting at Stomp by Croft Vineyards. Cool weather and amazing #teamf3endurance teammates and friends led to a pretty much perfect weekend! Now on to the next adventure!! by @noisycricket

Another trip around the sun for this amazing woman. Still talking me into early mornings but at least they are still followed by amazing adventures. I cannot imagine a life, or a morning, without her. No matter what happens in life she is always there by my side. Big adventures are on the horizon and luckily only some of them require an early morning but all of them will be with her! Mi amor, I love you 3000! 🥰 by @noisycricket

I find myself at a loss for words. Abuela, La matriarca, has moved on from this world. At the moment I am comforted by the memories I have of her and with the knowledge that to know her was to be loved by her. by @noisycricket
