That's right, I'm creating a whole new genre: butchlesque 😆 (I'm kidding, trans burlesque artists have been around for a long time even if the term butchlesque is uncommon). Butch aesthetics, butch gender identity, and being kind of an in-between-y non-binary lesbian is at the centre of how I try to portray myself in burlesque. I'm still exploring out how to be on stage and how to show myself and move in a way that feels euphoric and good to me.

Craven Moorehead is a Darug Buruberongal drag king who’s the buzz around town! The tallest, sexiest drag king in Naarm, as officially recognised by the anonymous @melbsapphicconfessions.

Debuting last year with the Motherless Collective and gracing stages from Thursgay to Kong’s Kings, he’s making a splash on stages and in Bob Katter’s panties. He serves sex appeal, silliness, and draglesque realness.

They are a producer of local drag and variety shows such as The Anti-Valentines Variety Show, The 2025 Australian Election as Told By Drag Kings and a co-producer of T4T: A Transgender Showcase.
