Scotia Sideways was built to bring the car community together from across Atlantic Canada and create a space in Halifax where drifting, incredible builds and the skill behind the wheel could be properly showcased.

To our sponsors and supporters, thank you for believing in the event and helping us bring it to life. Your support gave experienced and first-time drivers the opportunity to get behind the wheel, push themselves and showcase the time, commitment and hard work that goes into building and driving these machines.

To our crew, volunteers, media, vendors and food trucks — thank you. The long hours, flexibility and commitment behind the scenes did not go unnoticed, especially when plans changed and everyone stepped up to keep the event moving forward.

Scotia Sideways was brought to life by its organizing team, with the experience and support of Island Speed & Style and collaboration from No Legacies, Maritime Bash and Nova Scotia Car Scene — combining proven motorsport knowledge with strong community support.

On behalf of the Scotia Sideways team, thank you for showing up for the event, the drivers and the Atlantic Canadian drift community.

Huge shout out to our buddy @max_mdtuning and his whole team for his podium at the @dmccseries Contender Series this weekend. When @jdmitchell_ needed a hand they did everything possible to get him back on the track, and wouldn't accept anything but our company and a beer as payment. What a stand up group of people who have a real passion for drifting and deserve all their success. This is what it's all about.

Snap shots of a great summer of drifting. Made it out to events hosted by @scotiasideways, @maritimebash, and @island.speednstyle here in the Maritimes, along with a great event at Riverside Speedway in Ste-Croix Quebec. We've got one last event before the season is wrapped, so make sure you make it out to @maritimebash Fall Matsuri on October 10th.

A great big shout out to all the amazing people I've had the pleasure of meeting this year, and the talented drivers I've been able to photograph.

Special shout out to my boys @zekeloster @jdmitchell_ and @nolegacyz - this wasn't the summer I was expecting to have, and couldn't have had it without ya.

Extra special should out to my wife @rouxox for letting me run around the east side of the country to take pictures of race cars.
