Yuzu vodka, yuzucello, lemon, coconut, pineapple.

Shredded peking duck pancakes | cucumber, spring onion, hoisin.
Crispy honey sesame chicken | sticky sesame honey, herbs.
Prawn and scallop toast | avocado ginger dressing, herbs, pickled onion.

The plan wasn’t to open a full-time bar,

Nomad was originally started as an event company that pivoted to bottled cocktails during the lockdowns, we scaled that business and needed space, we found the perfect building and then pivoted again into a small neighbourhood drinking spot, we now focus on single events built around human connection.

Do More Than Drink ‘26

Do More Than Drink is a fundraising and awareness-building campaign helping Scarf transform lives through hospitality.

This campaign will run from 1-30 September with three core aims:

Increase the awareness of Scarf and their work in tackling some of the inequalities still prevalent in the hospitality industry.

Raise funds, so that they can continue to offer free hospitality training, mentoring and paid work experiences to young people from protection-seeking, refugee and migrant backgrounds.

Foster partnerships with hospitality professionals and venues for training, mentoring or work experience opportunities, or future event collaborations.

Scarf is a not-for-profit organisation with charity status which operates as a social enterprise.
