Some bucket list moments hit different when they carry a story bigger than yourself. France vs Spain, a World Cup semifinal. I still can’t believe I was there. Growing up, I never got to see my grandfather on that pitch, he was an international football referee long before my time, but the stories? Those never got old. The stadiums he walked into the pressure of standing in the middle of the greatest game in the world, the respect he had for the sport. I grew up hearing those stories on repeat and they planted something in me that never left. A love for football that felt inherited. Like it was already in my blood before I even knew what the game was. So when I found out, I had a chance to be at the World Cup semifinal, France 🇫🇷 vs Spain 🇪🇸 of all games, I knew this was the moment I had been unknowingly chasing my whole life, (I was absolutely ecstatic). The one I could only ever dream about while listening to stories of a man who lived it from the center circle. I wish you could’ve seen me there. But something tells me he already knew. 🙏

And the atmosphere? Absolutely electric. The kind of noise that doesn’t just fill a Stadium. It gets inside your chest. Tens of thousands of people united by 90 minutes of football, and every single moment felt like it mattered. As much as I was backing France all afternoon, I have to be honest, Spain were absolutely breathtaking. The way they moved the ball, the confidence and the composure. You couldn’t help but appreciate it as a football lover. That’s the thing about this sport. Even when your team loses, the game itself can still leave you speechless. What an afternoon, what a game, what a memory.⚽️

I waited for June to be over to post this because to me this should be thought of all year round!
Behind every “I’m fine” could be a battle no one sees. Men aren’t meant to hold everything in. The pressure, the stress, the pain; it doesn’t disappear, it builds. The month of June is known for so many reasons and one being Men’s Mental Health. Let’s not think about it for only one month, but normalize talking, feeling, and healing. You are not weak for opening up, you are human!

For anyone that knows me or needs a friend and you feel like you have no one to turn to, know that I’m here! No judgement, no expectations; just someone willing to listen. You don’t have to carry everything on your own or pretend you’re okay when you’re not. Sometimes just getting it out can make all the difference.
Reach out, speak up, and let someone be there for you.

Chasing views on the Lost Mine Trail 🌄✨ Every turn felt like stepping into a painting, rugged mountains, endless desert, and skies that just don’t quit. Big Bend really knows how to show off. Worth every step for scenes like this 🤍🌵

Hiking Santa Elena Canyon with my favorite person 🤍 Standing between these towering limestone walls that were once ancient seabeds millions of years ago puts everything into perspective. The Rio Grande carved this masterpiece over time, and somehow, we get to walk through it together. Nature, history, and love all in one view 🌄
