Mid-October on the island: barefoot mornings, salt in the air and golden evenings by the sea.

This week: Art Meditation on the Sunset Deck, The Feel Good Breath, the Sunset Run Club, pilates mat, PFC: Island Hyrox on the beach, Yoga for Runners, The Journal Atelier at La Popular, a Sunset Ritual and a Lucid Dreaming Sound Journey, alongside daily yoga and Agua Mágica every Monday and Friday. On Friday, a DJ set at La Popular closes the day.
