POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

If you're stuck on a story idea or struggling to find motivation to start writing, sign up for an hour of *book coaching* with me! I'll review any outline or writing samples ahead of time so our hour together can be the most productive possible.

The relief and excitement I see in my writers during one of these sessions is one of the most rewarding parts of my job. I love digging into themes, working through tricky plot issues, and helping you find new depths in your characters.

Reach out to me through my website (🔗 in bio), and we'll find a time to chat so you can get writing with confidence.

Add your story to mine. As a professional book editor living the nomad life, your writing—novels, shorts, and screenplays—joins me on my travels all over the world, in various sitting positions and on makeshift desks.

Lately it seems like 3 out 5 authors who request an edit from me have used A I. As someone who has built their career for the last decade on tailoring advice for writers to add to their skillsets and strengthen their individual styles, it's always a battle for me whether to accept these projects or not (for many reasons).

So instead of using the dire tech to "help" your storytelling, sign up for my CREATIVE HORROR WRITING COURSE, every Saturday from Oct 17th-Nov 14th (recorded sessions will be made available to all participants).

Only a few spots left! 🔗 in bio 🖤💀📚

All the weirdos taking over London for @frightfestuk 🖤🎬

Did the crowds of Leicester Square siphon nearly all my life force? Absolutely. Did I peel off to find music to gain some back? Of course. But I also got to hang with some cool filmmakers and see their killer flicks, gathered with women uninterested in being in the shadows, and made many new friends I'm so glad to be connected to in this delusionally optimistic industry that is indie filmmaking.

An invigorating and exhausting weekend in equal measure 🤘😴

Two delightful days of catching up and getting lost in New Forest National Park with @bysamschindele. We may have accidentally strayed from the path and forgot how to feed ourselves, but the conversation never lagged 🖤🌳
