The AstroRad radiation-shielding vest - designed right here at our studios, was featured in Science Advances, documenting its success on NASA’s Artemis I mission.

The publication builds on the garment’s design history, noting that “the ergonomic aspect was previously evaluated by astronauts under microgravity conditions onboard the International Space Station.”

Bringing human-centered design to deep-space hardware - equipped with trusted buckles from @austrialpin_mountain - is the ultimate proof of our process.

במהלך החודש האחרון היה לנו הכבוד לקחת חלק ביוזמה מרגשת ומשמעותית בשיתוף עם עמותת T.O.M, רנואר ומפע"ט - פרויקט "תפור בשבילם" שמטרתו להתאים ביגוד לצרכים המיוחדים של פצועי הלחימה.

במהלך החודש עבדנו על תפירת בגד ייחודי ומותאם אישית לחייל שנפצע במלחמה – מתוך רצון להעניק לו נוחות וביטחון בתהליך השיקום.

Eyal is the Founder and Head of Wearable & New Technology Solutions at Nomadity.

for over two decades Eyal has specialized in soft goods, to bridge creatively between products design, textile engieering, and textile products design.

Eyal holds a B.Des degree in industrial design from HIT, Holon and has pursued an MA in design and managmenet from the Technion Israel institute of technology, Haifa. by @nomaditystudio

Stemrad 360 gamma

shielding firefighters and law enforcement from gamma radiation.

First responders are the first on the scene during a radiological incident and the first to face the risk of exposure to harmful radiation. StemRad has developed the 360 Gamma wearable shield to protect first responders from the potentially lethal effects of gamma radiation. The combination of mobility and protection from gamma radiation was not possible before StemRad brought the 360 Gamma to market.
