Have you ever experienced what it feels like to completely surrender to the water?

Janzu combines warm water, gentle movement and deep presence, creating a space where the body can soften and the mind can become quiet.

Thank you @yulchik_neznakomka for trusting me with this experience. 💧

There is nothing to achieve here.
Only an experience to feel.

Janzu is a therapeutic water practice combining floating, stretching, breath, and fluid movement.

The session is based on relaxation, trust, and non-verbal communication through water.

You don’t need any experience or special ability in the water.
Your role is simply to breathe, relax, and allow the experience to unfold naturally.

Feeling grateful for the global Contact Improvisation family and the beautiful connections this practice creates around the world.

A special thank you to the Contact Improvisation community in Moldova @alexandrasoshnicova @stanpotoku @scotchgolovnea for your warmth, openness, and inspiring presence. Every dance is a reminder of how much we can communicate, trust, and grow together beyond words.

Much love and gratitude ❤️

In a world that constantly asks us to do more, achieve more, fix more, and become more, Janzu invites us into the opposite experience.

The water asks nothing of you.

You don’t need to perform.
You don’t need to heal yourself.
You don’t need to understand anything.
You don’t need to be strong.

You simply allow yourself to be held.
