Building a UGC business ain’t for the faint of heart.

Especially when life kicks your ass and you’re trying to find your momentum again.

But I see you doing the hard work. Even when it’s messy. Even when it’s slow.

We got this. 🫶

I know them’s fighting words, but…

this is the BEST banana bread I’ve ever had. And I will die on this hill. 🍌😂

This is my mom’s recipe, and we’ve been making it (and tweaking it) for YEARS. I don’t know if it’s the walnuts, the extra vanilla, or the fact that it’s made with a whole lotta love, but nothing else even comes close.

And because I’m not a gatekeeping girlie, I’m sharing the recipe so you can see for yourself. You’re welcome. 😘

🍌 THE BEST DAMN BANANA BREAD

Ingredients:

* 2 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 tsp baking soda
* 1 tsp baking powder
* 1 tsp salt
* ½ cup butter, softened
* 1⅓ cups sugar (because Mom knows best)
* 2 eggs
* 1 tsp vanilla (plus a little extra!)
* 3 ripe bananas, mashed (plus a little extra!)
* ½ cup milk
* 1 cup chopped walnuts

Let’s make her:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
2. Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
3. In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.
4. Alternate adding the dry ingredients with the mashed bananas and milk.
5. Fold in ¾ cup of the walnuts.
6. Pour into your loaf pan and sprinkle the remaining walnuts on top.
7. Bake for approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
8. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

PRO TIP: It’s even better the next day. If you can manage to leave it alone that long. I cannot. 😂

There is just NOTHING like the smell of homemade banana bread filling your kitchen on a fall day. Especially when you’ve got a few bananas on their last leg and need a little joy in your life.

📌 SAVE this recipe for the next time your bananas are looking a little questionable.

And tell me in the comments: Are you team walnuts or team NO NUTS in your banana bread? Because I have some opinions. 👀

Those @oh.my.chewy gummies are actually super yummy and magnesium glycinate is my perimenopause BFF so this was super fun.
