Thanks for checking in on me. I am very content here in my quiet little corner of the earth.
Life lately has been slower mornings, home, family, holidays, cooking, organizing, turning inward, meditating, moving at a pace that feels comfortable.
Nothing really to write about. Just life. But it feels full.
I’m enjoying the privacy. Bh There’s a lot of life happening in the quiet.
And I hope you too are doing well!!

Be still. Put down what you’re holding. It’s too heavy to carry. Release the gripping. Soften the tension. Return to what is, awakening from the center.
In the middle, where things don’t have to be right or wrong, good or bad. Where there is acceptance without resistance. There’s no need to fix our humanness, our messiness, our mistakes, our tenderness, our strength. Allow it to be. There’s room for all of it. Here there is comfort. Here there is peace.
When intuition guides, move. Nothing to reject in order to move forward. No one to become in order to be whole.

Stillness, quiet, beauty. No performance, simply being.

Rosh Hashanah, the birthday of creation.
כִּי מֶלֶךְ כָּל־הָאָרֶץ אֱלֹהִים
For God is King over all the earth. We are part of it, not separate from it. ה׳ is everywhere. Presence is eternal. Life is here, now.
This year, I pray to notice ה׳’s hand before me and feel His arms behind me, and trust both.
May we all be rooted in true connection and a deep sense of belonging. May we recognize that we are always properly guided. May we continue to be healthy and energized, and abundantly provided for. May the fruit be love, unity, and above all, peace.
Here together and witnessing it all.

Summer was full of connection, creation, play and exploration.
So many raw moments that didn’t look big, but felt full. Thank you for your trust in the space, your willingness to show up and, your courage to be vulnerable . Here you see yourselves in it because you were right there ! . I hope this clip allows you to hold on to it.

The season shifts, but the work continues. There’s always an invitation back to ourselves.

This happens every day quietly, without applause, whether we choose to watch it or not.

Sunrise does not belong only to summer. It will rise tomorrow and again the day after that. ה׳ is the most incredibly magnificent
Artist. The beauty of creation is aound us every day whether we stop to notice it or not.
It doesn’t need to be summer to see it unfolding

I am whole.

I hope this message resonates in your heart. There is something beautiful about remembering that we are already complete.
There is nothing I need to add to make me more me.
I don’t need to do more to be more.
I can allow myself to feel satisfied with who I am and grateful for all that is.

Being whole doesn’t mean I stop growing.
It doesn’t mean I stop dreaming, creating, expanding, or opening myself to what else is possible.
It means my desire for more doesn’t have to come from a belief that something is missing.
I can pray for more and still feel whole.
I can grow and still feel complete.
I can welcome what’s next while being deeply grateful for what is.
Maybe the work isn’t about becoming more,Maybe it’s remembering who we already are.

Regulation is a practice, not a quick fix.
Repeat Feeling safe, so it’s familiar.
Dose it often so your body remembers it quicker.
We get good at what we practice.

Energy introduces us before words are spoken and it is felt.

While Joy guided the breath work, I moved quietly through the space offering a gentle sharing of presence through touch. When the nervous system feels grounded and safe, it softens and the gripping begins to release and open.

Art, it does not need approval or permission to be here. And Finding the perfect caption to interpret it feels like a disservice, because art speaks and connects to everyone in the way it needs to. Everybody sees and takes from it what they need.
It is not our job to interpret the soul’s expression.

I’m allowing it to be.
