In the North, the trees have a very distinct shape. The crowns of pine trees form soft, layered silhouettes, one above the other.

This stepped silhouette became the starting point for the Skog sweater. We translated this natural layering into inverted V’s as lines in the knit, creating a graphic interpretation of the pine tree’s shape. The rounded shape of the pine bark inspired the sleeves.

High in the western Himalayas lies Kashmir: the birthplace of the Cashmere fibre.

A land of extraordinary beauty, where vast mountain ranges rise above green valleys, crystal lakes and ancient rivers. Here, extreme altitudes, bitter winters and changing seasons have shaped a unique way of life for centuries.

It is in these high Himalayan landscapes lives the Kashmir goat. To withstand the extreme cold, it naturally develops an exceptionally fine undercoat, producing the precious fibre known as Pashmina Cashmere; the original cashmere from Kashmir.

For centuries, this fibre has been part of Kashmir’s heritage. Local artisans developed an extraordinary mastery of spinning, weaving and working with it by hand, creating textiles renowned for their exceptional softness, warmth and lightness.

We work exclusively with Baby Cashmere from Kashmir, where this extraordinary fibre originated and where generations of craftsmanship continue to shape its story today.
