When I say I know a good amount of BRANDING that foundation is built with the following...

💎 20+ years experience in Adobe Suite (illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)

💎 20+ years Customer service across different industries with specialization in BOTH the artist side and business side (in various capacities)

💎15 years in event production & recording that cost thousands to attend, and in a WIDE range of industries.(averaging 75 events/year so over 1,000 events)

💎 About 12/13 years doing video production...

💎💎 This doesn't include the amount of creativity, EXTRA LEARNING and reading, degrees, resume, agency experience, or personal/professional network I've grown over 20 years...

Random thoughts while sitting at a MAJOR PRINT EVENT, which I've attended multiple times and networking with clothing manufacturers...

All this to say... If I mention something to you as a client I'm working on something for, as a consultant, or even just pulling you to the side...

I'm saying I've learned a little a long the way from top professionals in their field.

If you choose to listen to those who just watch YouTube (from some professionals, and some Influencers), or from unsuccessful friends...

Your choice. I appreciate you EITHER WAY...
But appreciate my time and constant growth too. by @none_illa

I think I wrote 8 verses yesterday. Did some spiritual work. Watched a Charlie Puth interview & had 3 meetings. What do you love? Do you invest your time and energy into it the same? Or do you just tell people how much you love it? by @none_illa

This one was a real hip-hop thesis.

None ILLA, also known as Diamond Davis, pulled up to Buss It Down Podcast for a high-level conversation about hip-hop, San Diego, artist development, battle rap, streaming, business, ownership, originality, and what artists really need to understand if they want longevity.

We also talked about his new book, 50 Moments of Knowledge, a Mogul Mind Presents release packed with life-changing quotes, gems, and perspective shifts for this journey we call life.

From rapid-fire hip-hop debates to deeper conversations about San Diego’s missing piece, the music industry’s biggest lies, and what it really takes to build as an artist, None ILLA came through with real insight.

This episode is for the artists, creators, thinkers, entrepreneurs, and everybody trying to level up their mindset.

I will never self-proclaim myself "qualified" to speak on this industry... My resume, my peers, and the company I prefer to keep myself around can shout loud enough for me...

I remember looking up to legends such as Quincy, Stevie, Michael, etc and saw how HUMBLE they were... I just focus on being around and doing what I love with great people...

I've built some great relationships and continue to have fun throughout these 25+ years of experience...

The bruh bruh @realitychasindc over at @bussitdowntv @tappedinreactions asked me to pull up to talk music, music business, motivation, and life...

Sometimes it hurts logging on because the internet thrives off hate, drama, criticism, and the degrading of our own.

We enjoy and celebrate black hate, and our demise versus our celebration. It's "comical" although it's degrading... and often when we do "celebrate", strays are sent to someone else.

Here's a page from my book "50 Moments of Knowledge" (slide 2) I felt like sharing today... Hopefully in your journey, you can motivate someone around you. 💎
