Just over a week left to see Katya Sikacheva’s ENGLISH at On:site Gallery: the exhibition closes on September 30, after which we’ll begin preparing the second show.

On:site is an online gallery launched by Non-Objective to develop exhibition, artistic, and curatorial projects in digital space, free from the logistical constraints of finding and preparing a physical venue. Accessible at any time, each project nonetheless follows the same logic as any exhibition: against the internet’s default tendency, it runs for a fixed period, then it’s gone. by @nonobjectiveworks

Often the material itself, its properties and the ways it can be interacted with, opens up new design possibilities: for Parisian café Volume, we found a way to bring out the volume in the name through paper folding, creating a grid in the menu that isn’t printed but formed by the fold lines themselves. by @nonobjectiveworks
