Yesterday we buried our goat. The Greatest Grandma Of All Time. Know to many as GiGi or Aunti Gail, she was that grandma that everybody called grandma. I remember when I was young, and my friends would partake in questionable activities, I would never, but I would always say to them, “what would your grandparents think?”. I was raised by my grandparents. My mom worked a lot, my grandpa worked a lot and I would spend a lot of time alone with grandma, days sometimes a week sleeping over. She was like my second mom. I had my own bedroom with drawers full of cloths in her house because it was so regular. Almost weekly she would come pick me up and we would go shopping. Flea markets, grocery stores, malls. She was always buying somebody a gift. She was a giver, she would give you a job and a place to live if you needed it, I saw my grandparents do it for many employees throughout the years. She had a literal treasure room of gifts. During the holidays we were not allowed to go in there. I would always sneak in and take a peak at the power rangers while she was in the middle of wrapping. She was always fair and honest down to the penny. Whether it was gifts for the grandkids or payroll for the employees, everybody was always treated equally. Except me, she always told me I was her favorite. I’m sorry @callmeaug @hisholiness_kg but she spoiled the shit out of me. I was the only single child of my cousins and she would always give me a little extra. She always told me that I was the one who made her a grandmother and she will never forget that. taken in Des Plaines, Illinois by @nonstoptyy

Grandma loved to cook and eat. On this day we did fondue 🫕. She had so much fun even though her fake teeth made it hard to eat meat. taken in The Melting Pot by @nonstoptyy

Yesterday was one of those days that fills your heart. ☀️ We drove just an hour from home and found a beach that made us forget we were even in Illinois. The sunshine, the water, the laughs… it was exactly what we needed.

Summer is my favorite season, and sharing these little adventures with my love makes it even better. 🫶🏻💕 Grateful for days like these. @nonstoptyy taken in South Beloit, Illinois by @nonstoptyy

This weekend, every purchase has a greater purpose. ❤️🇻🇪

100% of the profits from our meal prep sales will be donated to support children who lost their parents in the earthquake in Venezuela—families that are known by my own family and are in urgent need of help.

Every order does more than provide food; it brings hope and love during a difficult time.

Thank you for supporting our small business while helping those who need it the most. Your support truly means the world to us. 🙏🏼

I sincerely appreciate your support! 🤍
