Noodle.. don't Noodle..

Slalom skating is so much fun, definitely not frustrating at all 😅

Hadn't skated Piazza in a while, so got the Slalom skates out to try something new. This one took about 3 hours all together but eventually managed to learn the Backwards Stoll or Stroll backwards 🤷‍♂️

Switch Mizou transfer to Makio.

Not much to say about this one. It was a struggle, but we got there. After winterclash, my depression came back with a vengeance. I've been feeling really tired and unmotivated, not having my usual (bad) coping mechanisms probably has something to do with that. luckily, I have skating to help me stay sane.

Took myself to gaplebees.

The stairgap at @area51eindhoven is one of my oldest nemesis. The last time I landed this gap it messed up my right knee for a good while. Very very happy this time was more successful.

I ❤️ life.

Skating with the boys is good for the soul.

Was struggling a bit with getting a decent frontside on this curb. Luckily, @ralfresuk was there to show me how it's done. Dark Matter 2 is in the making if you haven't seen Dark Matter yet. Check out the @grindhoven YouTube channel.

Christmas eve skate session with Ralf.

Didn't really get the AO Soul to slide, but I'm still happy with the progress.

Hey you.

This time of year can be tough for many people, so here is your reminder: you are not your negative thoughts or experiences. You are the person who endured and overcame them.

Heel wheeling the manualpad.

Big thank you to @ralfresuk for recording these clips.

For those wondering why I'm flipping off the manualpad at the end. That was directed at the drunk idiot that kept getting in the way.

Soul fakie out on the big box.

Haven't landed a soul grind on this box in a long while, partly due to knee injuries. Currently, I have some time off due to burnout, but no knee injuries. So thought it was time to get my soul grind back.
