choreo by @wongwiththewind 💍 some health stuff has kept me away from dancing this month but slowly getting back to it - what better way than a round 2 of casey’s choreo :’) wish I played around with choices a bit more, but more importantly I was happy to be back and moving and sweating again

the full palm lick ✋👅 at the end was not part of the plan idk what came over me but I was immediately grossed out after that cause why was it so wet 💀🤡 rushed and missed moves in the beginning but got into the groove after, just gotta work on composure and being k a l m 🧘‍♀️ starting a run. super fun class, choreo by jepoy by @noodle.izzy

first Salim class 7/7 :) wow this humbled tf out of me. missed a lotttt of details here, which i could excuse as me getting used to new pathways and movements but on the real, i simply didn’t push myself enough to capture them all. will be try harder next time by @noodle.izzy
