leon green papaya ‘kimchi’

paired with a calamansi cheong + jasmine tea bevvy ⟶

carles angel wing clams, truffle kombu burnt butter, calamansi crumb 🐚

beautifully cooked, easily a crowd fave ⟶

smoked san joaquin yellowfin tuna, cantaloupe leche de tigre, oton mirin compressed cantaloupe, cucumber mint sorbet, fried kamote 🍣
