Lost and Found: BFA Capstone Show

Thank you to my entire class for this collaboration and cultivation of our time in college. I have grown so much in my practice since my first year interest group and have made so many friends and discoveries along the way.

Being an artist is a lonely ordeal sometimes, but nothing compares to the pride I feel when looking at something I’ve made. I have one more semester at Madison, but it still feels like there is more left to prove.

Congratulations to all the graduates of the art department, I hope to see you shine out there 🖤 by @nora.peytonart_

My first ever solo gallery show was a success! My opening reception at the @delta.beer lab was amazing. Thank you to everyone who showed up to help, and I’m still stunned at the amount of work that was sold, it’s better than my wildest dreams! My work will still be up until the end of April so make sure to stop by :) by @nora.peytonart_

Shaped (2025) • Shards of 10 different glass pieces, hand-made beads, fused glass heart

Every piece of our selves is picked up and placed there by someone else. Sometimes it’s placed with care; sometimes it’s buried like a knife. Humans are mosaics of the things we learn and love from others, and Shaped acknowledges both the harmony and disjointedness of this realization. by @nora.peytonart_
