Can’t believe this will be out at Midnight😱🌙 A song for all the angry, wild and difficult Daughters. Let’s stay difficult. Let‘s love ourselves, let‘s be the warriors we needed🔥🪞🧜‍♀️ Countdown started! Who‘s in? They said the Siren‘s don‘t mean well When they never saw a Siren cry For they call you into the deep. To face the heart you fear And it isn‘t comfortable When all that wasn‘t true finds death at sea. I know that place like the palm of my hand I‘ve been there many times myself It‘s where the fierce and fragile perfectly align They say we eat you alive🧜‍♀️🔥 Vocals,Songwriting,Keys @noraaugustine Drums and Audioproduction @christian_drumnowsky Guitar and Bass @robert.simon.music BG Vocals @noraaugustine & @christian_drumnowsky Visuals: Main Siren Parts filmed at the Baltic Sea and under Water : @ingmarmedia Drum Scenes: @noraaugustine Piano Scenes @mirij.mpl Cut and Colors @noraaugustine Biggest Thank you to @romanusbad.siebenlehn That made the Underwater Scenes possible @amycelinemusic and @mirij.mpl for best Assistance And my fellow musicians who brought out all the magic in the studio❤️🤗🙏 Thank you from the Bottom of my heart you all!! The Siren is a mirror, a wish, a perfect Illusion, until she becomes the monster you fear most and drags you down to the bottom of the Sea. So the Myths say. Does anyone ever come close enough to actually see them cry? Find out more on Friday when ,,Siren‘s Song“ finally drops🧜‍♀️🌊🌙 Cannot wait for you to hear it!! There in the cold of the midnight baltic sea, soaked in sea weed and singing, I felt them, connected so deeply to the water that at one point the waves swirled in the Rhythm of the song around me and I felt a powerful ,,Pull“ at certain emotional parts of the song. Deeply grateful for that special experience. Also for my wonderful Team - @ingmarmedia filming my sacrifice of body heat and @amycelinemusic assisting. They had to cut me out of the fabric afterwards lol, never underestimate the literal power of water. We also filmed at a pool later, and I shot some cool scenes of @christian_drumnowsky and the now so called „Water Drumkit“, gonna share more bts that soon! Video and Song out on Friday🌙🧜‍♀️🙏 Pre save via my Story @christian_drumnowsky Drums and Audioproduction @robert.simon.music Guitar and Bass @noraaugustine Vocals, Songwriting, Keys by @noraaugustine
Friday you will finally hear ,,Siren‘s Song“, the last step on the Journey of MOONWATER, my Debut EP🌙🧜‍♀️. It‘s a Song for when you‘re ready to face the deep, the rage, the grief, the too much, to let the Version of you that was needed to survive be lovingly killed by the Oceans Arms and to finally resurrect the wild untamed part of you that was worthy of love all along. To hold your inner Child and introduce them to a Warrior, whos never gonna leave their side again, to grieve the part of you that once did, to belong. Enough. 🔥 „Siren‘s Song“ - out on Friday along with a Music Video, maaaybe theres gonna be a surprise so check up on my story🐙 Pre Save Link in my Story🌊 #siren #mermaodcore #wildwoman #singer #sirenssong by @noraaugustine
Let’s complete the MOONWATER Journey this Friday. „They say to love a Siren means to die. I‘d say: It means to face your own darkness. Someone recently said to me ,,Ah Moon Water, yeah that sounds already like some Hippie VooVoo wrapped in Patchouli“ and I could hear in their tone they did not believe a whole lot in the old wisdom we carry. I answered- Well, to me, as a highly sensitive involuntarily always walkin in two worlds, Moon Water describes the truth, the knowing, the depth and the Ancient Water traveling in our Veins, connecting everything, connecting us to the Earth, the Sea, every living being with and before us, in a never ending Cycle. Pulled by the Moon, moved by the Mother, touched by infinite stories, capable of healing through tears and rememberance. Feeling. That huge source of power, connecting you to truth and letting you communicate with everything. infact so powerful, they framed it as weak and now we get to grow up in a world that needs us numb to keep the system in place. Because - What you feel you can heal. what if, what if we could no longer go numb, what if finally, we‘d be strong enough to actually feel. Carry our truth. All that was pushed down so we could fit in, appease, buy more, fear more, lie more, be perfect, run the race, play the role. What if we lost the fear of our own hearts and the water running in our veins and of all that it connects us to? Could we go on as we do? So you tell me if you want to join my cute little Patchouli Hippie VooVoo trip ✌️🐙 In the photo above you can see a first glimpse of the last Puzzle Piece of the MOON WATER. EP🧜‍♀️🌊✨🌙 shot by @ingmarmedia out this October! #moonwater #eprelease #earthwisdom #musician by @noraaugustine
Hi, Tina here from Ingmar Media. One of my favourite things to do is build visual worlds with creative people. For Nora Augustine’s music video ‘Ocean’, we talked through the music, the lyrics and the intention behind the piece. From there, we developed the concept, key shots and colour palette. Then we started researching for places that could hold that world. We drove from Dresden to Sassnitz at the Baltic Sea, 500 km each way. We spent the day before the shoot wandering the rocky coastline and Kreidefelsen that stole Caspar David Friedrich’s heart. We scouted and mapped all the locations, textures and angles we wanted to work with. And then there is the most important part: timing. I have spent the last fifteen years producing cinematic campaigns in Australia, making sure I am shooting at the right spot at the perfect time. I believe in shooting everything in the best possible conditions. Post-production can do a lot, but I prefer shooting as close to how I want the final tones to look like as I can. It’s a little competition I have with myself, matching the inner vision with the visuals. We were up and getting ready before sunrise because we wanted to shoot through that soft, blue-hour-before-sunrise moment, into the milky morning light. Apparently the Baltic Sea had also read the call sheet because a group of swans appeared behind the singer like paid actors. All of this is the part of my work that I love: taking something that exists as a song, an idea or a feeling, and slowly turning it into a visual world. Finding the colours, the landscape, the textures, the light, the right moment. MUSIC VIDEO PRODUCTION 🐚 Ocean by @noraaugustine. Nora’s debut album ‘Moonwater’ will be released later in 2026.
