28 + 1 week🥂 but whose counting! It’s just a good timing to drop my bday post 🙂‍↔️

Some of my friends asked me “how does it feel to be 28?” Lots of thoughts went through my head. Some of the words that came to mind were, empowered, confident, feeling supported, and loving. And I quote
“I feel a step closer to me and that’s a win.” Aka a lil silly weirdo 🤓

Stepping into this new age has been a result of the past two years in the making. Boundaries created and maintained similarly filtering out noises. Basically I focused on, if it’s not aligned, if I cannot be myself, I am out.

As you get older, you realize that wisdom comes at a cost. You’re growing, the world is changing, you may feel lost, and the blinds are slowly coming off. Forcing you to see the real world. Which can be tough because none of us have a roadmap. However, it’s also beautiful. You have a choice on how you choose to move through the world. So, if I can give you any advice it’s that, keep getting lost just to find yourself over and over again. Do the things that feed your soul. Don’t give up on you, don’t give up on people. Because you know what, people are pretty damn cool and so are you 😎

It’s been truly a blessing to build the life I currently have. Especially the people that are in it. Shoutout to my friends and family for making this weekend special 😽 You made this birthday fun and I cannot wait to continue building with each and every one of you ✨

Lastly, thank you all for the birthday wishes. The love was felt 💌

This was FUN.

When two athletes collide 😈. Here’s a lil story on how this happened.
Heebs and I signed up a week prior. We wanted to challenge ourselves and that we did. It’s pretty remarkable because Heebs and I come from a different athletic background yet when we combined forces, we executed. My path in life is pretty independent however, as of recent I’ve been believing, exploring, and now practicing the power of togetherness🤝. Heebs, you are a BEAST and here’s to many more❤️‍🔥

I’ve been practicing mind resiliency, pushing beyond limits (physically and mentally) and to truly see the work in performance mode has been the thing I needed the most so I can keep going.

Running is a beautiful sport, lifestyle, FREE therapy😏 and much more where I can go on & on & on about 😛. If this made you want to run and you want some direction, feel free to reach out 🫰🏼

This hair color reminds me of my grandmas cool hair. She had all crazy beautiful colors that were obtained from henna 😻 I remember being a kid and just thinking “soooo coooool.” Gosh, I miss u Teta 💘 such a funny silly girl 🥰 . You can tell she loves colors as much as I do by her stylish scarves 🧣🙂‍↔️🧣🧕

I truly am my mom’s daughter and she is her mom’s daughter. My mom lovessss to color her hair. I wonder where she gets that from 😏 @samardory
