Tonight’s dinner is spring rolls (pork belly, shrimp, and Chilean seabass ginger & scallions) So good. Haven’t had fish rolls for a hot min now. I had all these left over herbs and veggies from 🥰 B’s Bun Cha Ha Noi that I made for him last night and def didn’t want that to go to waste. Was feeling lil tired so just made peanut sauce. Tonight I made cá kho tộ instead of using catfish I used Chilean seabass, canh khổ qua, king crab, and of course lemongrass ribs for Joseph.
Everything turned out amazing 🔥🔥🔥🔥 Joseph even wanted 2nds of the fish after the king crab and lemongrass pork ribs. Of course picky ass Mr. Malachi refused to try anything though we got him to take a small tiny bite of the crab and he kept saying I don’t like it! I don’t like it! by @norcal556

Look what @a_fat_guy_in_denver made me do! lol! Today’s lunch I made ribeye and skirt steak tacos with a bone marrow for 🥰 B and I. He didn’t want the bone marrow though. He missed out! Shit was 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 I need to make these more often 😮‍💨 taken in South San Francisco, California by @norcal556

Tonight’s family dinner:
I made Korean food for dinner.
We have galbitang (beef short rib soup) Kalbi short ribs and Ojingeo-bokkeum (spicy stir fried squid).
Joseph’s favorite of course the Kalbi and 🥰 B loves the Ojingeo-bokkeum. And for me ??? You can never go wrong with some soup! Always hits the spot! It works out for everyone but picky ass Malachi. taken in South San Francisco, California by @norcal556

Tonight’s dinner I made Bo Nuong Vi…. (Per 🥰 B’s dinner request) And Mr. Malachi wanted eggrolls. Damn I really frickin miss my mom’s restaurant. Now I’m sitting here making the mam nem, do chua, nuoc mam, etc….. 🙄 anyways it was def worth it cuz it was 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥anyone else misses Cao Nguyen? by @norcal556
