Thank you all for the logo entries! There were many great designs but our Admins have narrowed it down to 2 submissions for the final vote by you all. The final version may be tweaked slightly (i.e. to make the car more distinguishable, font, etc) so keep that in mind. Please get your vote in by Sunday April 5 at 11:59PM. One vote per person. Multiple votes will be void. Link in Bio Vote at https://norcal86.org/#vote-for-new-logo-here by @norcal_86_backup
Help create the new Norcal86 logo! The Admin team will select finalists to be put to a vote by the community to choose our new logo. Even if you don't have a finalized design make sure to submit your draft by the deadline to be considered. Submit entries to norcal86@outlook.com by @norcal_86_backup
Big things coming in 2026. Norcal GR86 and Norcal86 are merging! For those who may be unfamiliar with Norcal GR86 it was started 2 years ago focused on the Gen 2 GR86 and BRZ. I have been the lead there for about a year now where we have hosted some combined meets over the past year and received some great feedback from members of the group and believe this is in the best interest in the long term growth of the groups moving forward. Being inclusive of all gens of the 86/BRZ, including the AE86, creates a larger community and allows us to consolidate our focus into making our major meets even better. While Norcal86 does have an active presence in some social media much of it will be moving over to the new channel. This channel will remain as an archive/backup. New discord link discord.gg/norcal86 New IG (currently) @norcal.gr86 With these changes we also are looking for a new logo. Check out the next post for details on our logo design contest by @norcal_86_backup
