Siege of Tobruk – First Prisoners

Part 2 – nordlandbricks

#desertcampaigncollab

For the second MOC of our Desert Campaign 1941–1943 Collab, nordlandbricks depicts the early stages of the Siege of Tobruk in April 1941.
The MOC shows the outskirts of Tobruk, with German troops taking their first British prisoners during the fighting. After Allied forces had captured Tobruk from the Italians earlier in 1941, the city was turned into an important defensive position. Rommel's advance through Cyrenaica made Tobruk a key objective, leading to the siege beginning on 10 April 1941.
The scene captures one of the early encounters outside the city as German forces push towards the Tobruk defenses.

Belagerung von Tobruk – Erste Gefangene

Part 2 – @nordlandbricks

desertcampaigncollab

~Vietnam War 1965~

Hi everyone,
After a long time, I decided to build another Vietnam MOC, and this is what I came up with. The MOC shows a small group of GIs crossing a river in the Mekong Delta. I’m very happy with the MOC and would greatly appreciate your feedback. by @nordlandbricks

Hello, this is the third part of our collab „Western Front 1944-1945“

The moc is from @nordlandbricks and shows an air raid by American planes on German soldiers near the Rhine.

The crossing of the Rhine near Nierstein in 1945 by American troops was a key operation on the Western Front in the final phase of World War II. Starting from Nierstein, 18 km south of Mainz, in what is now Rhineland-Palatinate, several hundred American infantrymen crossed the Rhine into southern Hesse and built bridges over which 60,000 vehicles then crossed for the further occupation of the German Empire. by @nordlandbricks

My latest Mac shows a small farmhouse with a tree in the front yard during the invasion of the Netherlands in 1940.

This MOC is for @the.brickcrew MOC Contest

Sorry for the dust, the house has been sitting on the shelf for a little too long. by @nordlandbricks

~Battle of the Bulge~

Hey guys,
My latest MOC is for @the.brickcrew Moc Contest. This was my first attempt at a winter MOC, and I think it turned out pretty well. The MOC features an Opel Blitz Radio Truck currently in action on the Western Front during the Battle of the Bulge. It also features four German soldiers, three of them are wearing coats from @brickfabric and one of them has a torso from @valiantbricksofficial. Thanks again @only_amoc for the coats. If you like the MOC, please like it and share it in your story. by @nordlandbricks

Hello fellows,
my latest moc is for contest from @the.brickcrew #thebrickcrewmoccontest2025 .
The moc is set in 1940 and depicts the invasion of France. If you like the moc, feel free to leave a like and a comment. by @nordlandbricks

Hey fellas,
my latest moc shows a small trench with a piece of never-man’s land somewhere on the western front in 1917.

In the moc itself you can see 2 German soldiers and a dead Frenchman lying on a dead tree.

If you like the moc, please leave a like, a comment and share the moc in your story.

The tree is inspired by @raison.bricks by @nordlandbricks

Hey fellas,
my latest Moc shows the battle for a small village in Vietnam in 1965.

In Moc you can see two US soldiers taking cover near a ruin and shooting at a Vietcong soldier who was holed up near a hut.

For these mocs I used a new technique for the edge, I hope you like it. I got the idea for this, as well as for the ruins and the hut, from @jonas_mocs .

If you like the Moc, feel free to leave a like, a comment and share the Moc in your story. by @nordlandbricks

Hey fellas,
My latest Moc is supposed to depict a patrol in the jungles of Vietnam around 1967.

The patrol has just discovered a Viet Cong tunnel and a US soldier now has to “clean” it.

I hope you like the Moc and I would be happy if you leave a like and a comment. You can also share the Moc in your story. :)

A big thanks goes to @jonas_mocs for the US torsos and to @rex_photographymocs for the helmets. by @nordlandbricks
