This weekend was anything but ordinary; full of surprises, full of love, and full of moments I’ll never forget. 💍✨
Started with a workout… ended with a fiancé (🥹💍still processing)
From getting engaged to blowing a tire and making candles, Bishop Arts strolls, and reuniting with my Dallas girls 👯‍♀️ my heart is full. I’m happy. I’m loved and I wouldn’t have my life any other way. 💖

Just a gym brat and her neck fan on high to survive a glute session

This gym has the most craziest machines I’ve ever seen it’s overwhelming, but here are some of my faves for a glute/leg day. I’ve yet to scratch the surface on all these machines in here. See my face at the end to see if I enjoyed it 😭

Reverse lunge machine (first time trying, a little wobbly but current fave!)
Pendulum squat (these WILL humble you)
Lying hamstring curl (OG)
Hip thrust (no belt because I refuse to feel trapped)

Been dealing with a depressive/burnout episode for a few months. Showing up today with intention and taking accountability after making some changes this week 🤍

One of my goals this year was to get out of my comfort zone and put myself out there.

An awesome friend of mine @torque_it_like_a_wrench sent me the info to enter last year & I thought why not?! 😅

This is a chance to win $20K + a magazine cover, and honestly it feels aligned with everything I’ve worked toward.

If my journey or mindset has ever resonated with you I’d be grateful for your vote ☺️

Thanks for your support! Gracias por su apoyo!
